Detail : On the occasion of International Yoga Day, students and teachers at S. Raza Girls High School, Alinagar, Anisabad, came together to celebrate the spirit of health and harmony. The event began with a guided yoga session led by our instructor (Mrs. Nitiksha Payal), where participants performed various asanas and breathing exercises. The celebration aimed to promote physical well-being, mental peace, and a balanced lifestyle.
